1 1/3 c. coconut
1/3 c. sugar
2 T flour
2 egg whites
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine coconut, sugar, flour, & salt in bowl. Stir in unbeaten egg whites & vanilla, mix well. Drop by tsp. on a greased and floured cookie sheet or parchment paper. Bake until edges are brown. Remove at once. 325 for 20 min.
