2 lbs ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 c. water
10 taco shells
1 1/4 c. finely shredded lettuce
1 to 2 tomatos, peeled and finely diced
2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in frying-pan, separating into small chunks. Pour off dripping. Add taco seasoning mix and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook 10 to 15 mins, stirring occasionally. Heat taco shells according to package directions. Place approximately 1/3 c. Beef mixture in each taco shell. Add equal amounts of lettuce to each and towp with 1 tbsp. diced tomato and 1 tbsp shredded cheese.
