1 oz package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix (dry mix)
2-8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
2 green scallions, dliced
4-6 12 inch flour tortillas
1-4 oz. jar drained pimentos or roasted red peppers (I always use the peppers)
1-4 oz. can diced green chillies
1-21 oz.can slices black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chop all vegetables. Add to softened cream cheese which has been mixed with salad dressing mix. Mix well. Spread cream cheese mixture over the tortillas. Roll tortillas and wrap tightly in saran wrap. Chill for at least 2 hours. Cut off ends and throw away. Slice to desired thickness.
