2 cans pineapple chunks
1 can crushed pineapple
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp of flour
c. butter (1 stick)
12 slices white bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs; add flour, sugar and pineapple including the juice to egg mixture. Melt butter and add the bread cubes. Mix with pineapple mixture and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
