1 1/2 lb. sweet potato
1 1/2 lb. baking potato
1/2 c. Kraft Light Done Right or
Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
1/4 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
2 T. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Toss potatoes with dressing.
Place in lightly greased baking sheet or in 15x10x1" baking pan.
Bake 30 minutes. Turn potatoes.
Bake an additional 30 minutes; sprinkle with cheese during last 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.

Jazz it up! For extra zip, sprinkle with a little garlic powder before baking.
