Ingredients:  
1 Large Can of Crushed Pineapple with juice
2 Pkg. Pistachio Pudding
1 12OZ. Cool Whip
3 c. Miniature Marshmellows
1 c. Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Pineapple and pudding. Fold in cool whip and mix well. Add marshmallos and nuts.
Chill well.
Serve in Lettuce Cups as salad or in sherbet cups as dessert.
