1 lb ground beef
1 med. onion chopped
1 pkg. HAMBURGER HELPER* Mix for chili
3 1/2 c hot water
1/4 c sliced ripe olives
1 c broken tortilla chips
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in Macaroni, Sauce Mix, water & olives. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer uncoverted 20 to 25 mins, stirring occasionally, until desired consistancy. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 3 min or until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream, chopped onion, shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired.
