1lb ground beef 6-8 oz wide noodles 1 c sour cream 3 c tomato juice 1/2 c water 2 tbsp minced onion 2 tsp worchestershire 1 tsp salt dash hot pepper sauce
In deep large skillet break up and brown ground beef. Top with wide noodles. With whisk beat remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over noodles. Bring to boil. Cover, and simmer until noodles are tender, about 25 minutes.
