1 # ground chuck
1 onion, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 can French style beans
1 can tomato soup
5 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed well using lots of butter and half & half (instead of milk)
Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion, add salt and pepper to taste
Add drained beans and soup
Pour into greased casserole
Spoon mashed potatoes in mounds over meat

Bake @350º uncovered for 30-40 minutes
