1 Lb. Fine quality bittersweet chocolate finely chopped

10 T butter

5 Eggs

1 T vanilla

2 T sugar

2 T all-purpose flour

Confectioners sugar for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

Line 9-inch spring form pan with parchment paper. In double
boiler, whisking frequently, melt chocolate with butter. Set
aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Transfer to mixing bowl,
add eggs, and beat at high speed for 10 minutes. Add vanilla.
Combine sugar and flour and gently fold into chocolate base.
Pour batter into pan and bake until firm, but center is still moist
(about 15 minutes). Cool and invert onto serving platter. Dust
with powered sugar and serve with whip cream and
raspberries.
