2 bunches of broccoli
10 slices of cooked bacon
1/2 purple onion, chopped
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces.

Combine broccoli, bacon, onion and (raisins) in large bowl.

In another bowl mix mayo, sugar and vinegar. Pour dressing over salad and toss. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving, tossing occasionally.
