4 large potatoes
4 medium/large onions
6 pork chops (thin)
Salt and Pepper for seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes thin (don’t bother peeling)

Slice onions thin

In casserole dish put a layer of potatoes then a layer of onions – salt and pepper

Repeat until potatoes and onions are gone

Put pork chops on the top – salt and pepper

Add ½ cup water

Cover

Bake at 400 for 1 hour

Dish will be done when potatoes are soft when poked with a fork
