2 lbs lean ground beef
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2/3 c.finely chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
2 -- 12 oz. bottles of chili sauce
2 jars -- 10 oz. grape jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees - mix all above ingredients, EXCEPT chili sauce and jelly - shape into 1 " meatballs. Place on ungreased pan - bake uncovered until no longer pink in the center.

Heat chili sauce and jelly in pan over medium heat stirring constantly until jelly is melted. Stir in meatballs until coated. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Serve hot with toothpicks.
