Canned chicken - large (drained), 8oz. Cream Cheese (regular or light), Bottled Buffalo Wing Sauce,

Optional serving ingredients:
Ranch or Blue Cheese dip or dressing, Blue Cheese crumbles, Celery, Tortilla chips, Crackers, Mini-puff pastry shells

Directions:
Directions:
Put drained canned chicken into a large zip lock bag. Add in cream cheese and buffalo wing sauce.
Seal zip lock bag and roll bag between hands to mix well. You may use a little or a lot of sauce to make things as spicy as you want.

Serving suggestions:
When served as a dip, you can have celery sticks, crackers and tortilla chips for guests to scoop it up. Serve ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side. If used as a chicken salad, add chopped celery to the mixture. Then you can serve on minim puff pastry shells, or on crackers. Top with a dollop of ranch dip or blue cheese crumbles.
