9 cups of Chex cereal (any variety)
1/2 cup Skippy creamy peanut butter
1 bag (6oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 tsp of vanilla
11/2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Measure cereal into a large bowl. Microwave peanut butter, chocolate, and margarine in a 1 qt. microwaveable bowl uncovered on high for about 1 minute or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Add vanilla, pour over cereal in bowl, stir to coat. Pour into 2 gallon Ziploc bag; add powdered sugar, seal; shake to coat. Store in air tight container in refrigerator. Serve when ready.
