1 box of elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1/4 lb of Velveeta cheese, cubed (about 1/4 inch cubes)
1 can of tuna, drained
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse macaroni with cold water, place in large bowl, add velveeta (while macaroni is still a little warm to assist with melting) stir. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Add mayonnaise, approximately 1/2 cup to begin with, then add spoonfuls as needed, just enough to coat.

Refrigerate and serve cold.
