1 head of lettuce, cleaned and ripped into bite size pieces
1 lb of bacon (I find Giant brand works best), cooked and crumbled
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 small green pepper, chopped
1 small bag of frozen peas
Mayonnaise, enough to cover
Parmesan cheese, enough to cover

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Boil peas just until they are no longer frozen, strain and run under cold water to cool. In a deep salad bowl, layer ingredients as listed. Spread Mayo to cover, sprinkle Parmesan cheese to cover. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. When ready to serve, Mix completely.
