1 Package of skinless, boneless Chicken Breasts
Jar of Chicken Bouillon cubes
1/2 to 1 bunch of Celery-Diced
1/2 to 1 lb Fresh Carrots -Diced
2-3 Onions Diced
1-2 Packs Best Frozen MATZO balls

Directions:
Directions:
Put chicken in pot, cover with water and bring to boil then simmer 20-25 minutes.
(Save water for Broth!)
Set aside to cool
Prepare veggies
Cut Chicken into small pieces
Remove sediments from Broth water

Put eight chicken bullion cubes into pot
Add vegetables and Chicken
Simmer for an hour or until veggies are cooked.
Prepare Matzo balls as directed on package(s)
Add Matzo balls to soup. (if Matzo Balls are uncooked simmer an additional 20 minutes)
