2 C brown sugar, 2 C white sugar
2 C liquid shortening, 4 eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla
4 cup flour, 1 1/2 C quick oatmeal
2 tsp baking soda, 4 cup corn flake, 1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend (cream) sugars, shortening, eggs and vanilla. Mix in gradually the flour, oatmeal, soda corn flakes and salt. If dough is stiff add a very small amount of milk. The dough should look dry, but holding together. Roll in small balls or drop from teaspoon. Bake ate 325 for 8 to 10 minutes.
