2 sleeves of saltine crackers
1 pkg of Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing Mix
2/3 cup of canola oil
2 tbsp of cracked red pepper
1 gal size Ziploc bag

Directions:
Directions:
Pour canola oil, cracked red pepper and dressing mix into Ziploc bag. Mix well by flip flopping bag. Add crackers. Flip flop bag until oil mixture covers crackers. Let sit for 2 hours. Occasionally flip flop bag in between 2 hours. Serve alone or with cheese or a dip.

Zesty crackers are Ben & Emily's favorite snack. They eat them straight out of the bag. For parties, I serve them with cream cheese covered with pepper jelly.
