Ingredients:	Ingredients: 2 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened 1/2 c sugar 1/2 t vanilla extract 2 eggs 20 caramels 2 t milk 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips 1 pie crust

Directions:	Directions: Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer on medium until well blended. Add eggs and mix well. Melt caramels with milk in saucepan on low heat stirring frequently until smooth. Spread caramel mixture on bottom of crust. Sprinkle pecans over caramel mixture. Pour cheesecake batter over pecans. Bake in 350º oven for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving, place chips in a heavy duty zipper style plastic bag. Place flat in microwave oven, with chips in single layer. Cook on high 2-4 minutes, massaging bag every minute just until melted. Cut very small corner off bottom of bag. Drizzle melted chocolate on cheesecake.
