1 Pkg. Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
2 Pkg. chopped broccoli (thawed)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/8 cup minced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
8 ounce jar Cheez Whiz
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
salt & pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions. Saute onion & celery in 3 tablespoons butter. Combine chicken soup, milk and melted Cheez Whiz. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in buttered casserole at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes until browned and bubbly.
