1 lb. carrots
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice carrots in to 1/4-inch slices. Place carrots and water in a microwave-safe casserole. Cover and microwave on high for 5-7 minutes until tender. Stir after 3 minutes. Let stand 8 minutes; drain. Place honey, butter, and cinnamon in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. Pour honey mixture over carrots. Mix well.
