2 packages lady fingers
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
6 T. lemon juice
3 t. grated lemon zest
8 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9" spring form pan with cooking spray.

Mix condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into mix. Mix thoroughly.

Line spring form pan with lady fingers. Pour mixture into pan and bake 20 minutes at 375º.

Cool, and put in freezer until solid. Serve frozen.
