2 unbaked pie crust sheets (I buy pre-made)

1 cup sugar
2 T all-purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp salt
6-8 FUJI apples (very important that they are FUJI apples only), peeled and sliced very thinly
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in large bowl. Stir in apples.

Spray pie pan with cooking spray. Lay first pie crust into pan and prick generously with a fork. Evenly distribute apples into crust. Dot butter on top of apples. Lay second pie crust over and seal. Prick with fork for ventilation. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 400 degree F for at least 50 minutes.
