1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, well-beaten
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1-1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, & salt. Beat eggs until lemon-colored. Blend in dry ingredients. Add melted butter & milk; mix well. Pour into an oiled pastry shell & bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Allow to set before serving.
