2 parts butter
1 part honey
1 8-10 lb grouper fileted (skin on)
seasoned salt
2 lemons sliced
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat together butter and honey so they blend easily. Place filet skin down on grill. Sprinkle to taste with salt, brush with butter, place lemon slices on top. Smoke for 1 hour. Remove lemons and baste with honey baste. Smoke for another 30 minutes.
