Crust:
1 # butter
4 cups flour
Pinch of baking powder
1 cup cold water
Mix and let stand overnite

Filling:
1 # almond paste, grated
2 cups powdered sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp lemon extract
Mix and let stand overnite in frig

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough in long narrow lengths and put in filling
Seal edges and ends with cold water
Make small slits on top, 1" apart
Brush with egg white or whole egg

Bake @425º for 10-15 minutes, then lower heat to 350º for 15 minutes more or until brown
