Personal Notes:
The Rivers family has a lot of ethnic heritage behind us and we cook accordingly. From Southern to Spanish, Cuban to Creole, we just plain love to cook. This dish was another of Dad's (Bill Rivers) favorites. He adopted it from Pappas restaurant's version in Tarpon Springs Florida. The more Lemon and Garlic in the recipe the better, as far as Dad was concerned. Trust me, no Vampires ever hung out around Our homes! Whenever our families get together, the food just tastes better, regardless of the Cuisine! It's extra tasty thanks to that secret ingredient, a Family's Love!
