1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups crab meat (2 - 6 1/2

Large mushrooms, wontons or
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
cream puff shells
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
Topping:
1 tablespoon milk
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoon creamed horseradish
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Combine ingredients except for topping. Fill large mushrooms (or wontons or cream puff shells) with mix and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
