4 Tbsp gelatin
1 13 oz Beef-Mato
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. worchestership
dash Tabasco
2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp Chopped chives
1 lb shrimp
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Soften gelatin in 2/3 c. cool water. Combine next 4 ingredients and boil. Stir in softened gelatin til dissolved. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream til smooth. Add all ingredients and mix well. Pour into mold, chill overnight. Serve with vinagrette dressing and garnish with sliced eggs and parsley.
