6 zucchini, about 7 inches long
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 c small curd cottage cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of Tobasco sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil or steam zucchini for 12 minutes or until tender (do not overcook) When cool to handle, slice in halves and scoop out seeds. Combine eggs, cheese, parsley and seasonings mixture. fill zucchini with cheese mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes, then at 450º for 5 minutes.
