1 Boneless Beef Chuck Roast (any size)
Salt & Pepper
Onion
Sweet Relish
Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Plase meat in covered pot with cold water to cover. Add salt & pepper to taste. Simmer very slowly until meat is very tender. Let meat cool in cooking broth. When totally cool, grind meat in meat grinder or chop in food processer. Add finely minced onion to taste, relish to taste and enough mayo or Miracle whip to bind. Best served cold as a sandwich or on a toasted English muffin. Adam, Stephanie and Jason Adcock will remember this from their childhood. A family favorite for over 70 years.
