1 can whole corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
8 oz. sour cream
1 egg beaten
1 box of Jiffy corn bread mix
Green chilies or jalapenos - optional

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a buttered 9x11 pan and bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
