1# ground beef
1# Velveeta with chilies, cubed (or use regular and add green chilies)
1 onion, chopped
1 hot pepper, minced
1- 14 oz. can peeled tomatoes (Rotel)
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, stir until crumbly, drain.
Add cheese, onion, hot pepper, tomatoes, and Tabasco. Mix well. Cook in crock pot on high for 1 hour or cook on top of the stove on low for an hour.

Serve with tortilla chips.
