Pesto
Goat cheese
Oven-dried tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the bread and spread with the pesto. Layer with slices of goat cheese and oven-dried tomatoes.
This can be grilled on a charcoal grill, or in a panini grill or on a griddle. If on a panini grill or griddle, butter the outside of the sandwich.
Grill until the cheese starts melting.
