1 baked pie shell

Fruited chicken salad:
1/2 c. light or regular mayonnaise
1/2 c. light or regular sour cream
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
2 lb. skinned, boned chicken breasts cooked and chopped
3 c. white seedless grapes
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped celery (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese (as needed)

Stir together mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Add chopped chicken and grapes, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill. Stir in pecans. Fill baked pie shell with the chicken salad. Cover with sour cream and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese on top and chill for about two hours.
