1 lb lean hamburger
1 package saltine crackers
1 egg
1/4c. + ketchup
pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl combine hamburger, egg, 1/4 c.ketchup, salt and pepper to taste. Smash about 10-15 saltine crackers to crumbs and add to meat. Mix together until well blended. Form into loaf shape and place in greased 9x9 baking dish. Top with ketchup. Bake for approximately 45 min. at 350, or until hamburger is cooked clear through.
