1 tablespoon yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
3 cups flour
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast and sugar into 1/2 cup warm water; leave for 10 minutes. Put the dissolved yeast in a large bowl with rest of water and olive oil. Add most of the flour and salt and knead briefly. Add a little more flour; knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Let rise 1 hour or until double. Divide in two. Roll each out and place on either a baker's stone or round pan that has been sprinkled with cornmeal. Top with sauce and desired toppings; bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden.
