Directions:
Slice your squash into 1/4 thick slices longways. Light dab with olive oil to coat squash evenly. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your selected spices to taste. A little paprika adds great color and taste. Lemon pepper gives a little kick for something differant. Over med-low coals, spread the heavy duty foil over grill. Place oiled and seasoned squash on foil, turning every 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Don't overcook, its best if served browned but al'dente. Served with grilled fish or meats and a chilled white wine for a great light and healthy meal cooked outdoors!
