2 lbs lean ground beef
1/2 - 3/4 c dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 c ketchup
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all ingredients and place in oven proof dish (loaf pan). Bake for 1 hr. Remove from oven, put some ketchup on top of loaf and bake another 15 mins.
