1/2 stick of butter/margarine
4 T of flour
4 C of Beef or Chicken broth
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in sauce pan, add flour and let brown slightly, more for beef gravy. Whisk together.

Add broth (chicken or beef)

Continue to whisk until smooth and thickened. May add kitchen bouquet to beef gravy for browner gravy.
