1 small jar raspberry preserves (Smuckers)
1 jar jalapeņo peppers
1/2 c granulated sugar
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
4 duck breasts
Bacon
Granulated garlic
Tony's Chachere's
Wooden skewers

Directions:
Raspberry Sauce:

Pour raspberry preserves, sugar and teriyaki sauce into sauce pan. Stir until preserve becomes smooth.

Duck Wraps:

Remove skin from duck and cut into 1 inch pieces. Push one end of bacon through skewer. Insert one jalapeņo pepper, then one piece of duck. Wrap bacon around duck and push through skewer completely wrapping duck and pepper. Cut bacon, repeat process until skewer is full. Grill on pit until bacon is golden and crisp. Baste with raspberry sauce and serve.
