1 Baked pie crust
1 20 oz. unsweetened crushed pineapple
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 Small box sugar free, instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl beat softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add pineapple & pudding mix. Mix well, put into cooled baked pie shell. Cover with cool whip, sprinkle with nut meal. Chill.Refrigerate at all times.
