Sweet Brie Kisses Recipe

Ingredients: 2/3 pound of brie cheese 2 puff pastry sheets (17.3 oz box) 1 Jar hot pepper jelly 1 Jar raspberry jam

Directions:Preheat oven to 400º F.
Thaw puff pastry at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Unfold pastry and roll lightly with a rolling pin to remove creases.
Cut each sheet into fourths, then cut each fourth in half. Cut each piece in half again to make 16 squares.
Lightly spray mini muffin cups with vegetable oil. Fit square of dough in each cup. The pointed edges of the dough should extend straight up. Cut the brie into 1/2" squares. Place a piece of cheese into each dough lined cup. Top half with a scant 1/4 tsp of raspberry jam and half with the pepper jelly.
Bake at 400º F for 10 to 15 minutes , or until golden brown. |

These tend to bubble over, use care in the amount of jelly.
