CHICKEN PILAFF INGREDIENTS:
1 & 1/2 cup rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup with beef broth
1 green pepper-diced
1 large jar diced pimentos
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 cup chicken broth - from boiled chicken
1/4 stick butter softened
1 tsp parsley flakes
2 chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon salt

Boil Chicken in Salted Water. De-bone chicken. In a large baking pan, place chicken and all ingredients and bake at 350º for one hour.
