1 unbaked pie shell
3 whole eggs
¾ stick butter melted
1 ½ cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
1T corn meal
1T lemon juice or vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order listed
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees
