2 lbs Veron Smoke Sausage ( mild or hot )
Water
1 onion cut in chunks
1 bell pepper cut in chunks
Kraft spicy honey barbecue sauce
1 loaf of French bread

Directions:
Directions:
Put sausage in heavy skillet and add just enough water to cover sausage. Boil for 45 minutes or until most of water is evaporated. Add onion, bell pepper and barbecue sauce to taste; cook until vegetable are tender and sausage starts to brown a little. It's even better if you slightly char the sausage and vegetables. Serve on French bread with mustard. ENJOY!

Mr. Red and Mrs. Lillian Weber would serve this at lunch to sell. They would also add any left over ends of a whole ham and boil with the sausage.
