5 to 6 limes
1 lb. fish (red snapper is good)
1 large onion chopped
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 small jalapeno, chopped
30 pitted olives
1/8 t. ground cumin
20 capers
1/4 c. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 T. chopped parsley
1 T. chopped cilantro
little oregano

Dice the fish and marinate in lime juice to cover it overnight. Stir often. Pour off most of the lime juice to leave it moist. Add remaining ingredients and toss well.
