2 T. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/2 package gelatin (3-oz. size) strawberry, raspberry,
or blackberry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch, water, sugar and cook until thick 3 to 5
minutes. Add 1/2 package gelatin. Stir gelatin to
dissolve. Cool mixture, but not cold, pour over berries in
pie shell. A good pie crust to use is Amish Pie Crust.
If you cannot find blackberry jell-o for blackberries use
cherry. When berries are tart, like cherries, add sugar
and let set overnight before making pie.
This pie is really good with peaches and peach gelatin.
